NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH ANALYSIS

As part of my MBA Marketing Management course at UNC Greensboro, I worked on a group project analyzing the launch of Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil. Our team evaluated the company’s background, product line, and marketing strategies leading up to the launch, concluding with strategic recommendations.

My primary contribution focused on assessing Rare Beauty’s social media presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok. I analyzed how the brand’s strong digital community, built on authenticity and emotional connection, drove excitement around the product and contributed to its rapid sellout upon release.
